Who receives SMS from Heyfield

Heyfield is an AI phone receptionist for U.S. home-service businesses. The only people who receive SMS from Heyfield are our own registered customers — business owners who create a Heyfield account. We never send SMS to their callers, leads, or any consumer under this program, and we send no marketing or promotional texts.

Messages are transactional account notifications: alerts and summaries for calls answered by the AI receptionist, appointment confirmations, follow-up reminders for new leads, and one-time passcodes used to verify the owner's mobile number.

Where consent is collected

Opt-in happens on the Contact Information step of account onboarding at heyfield.app, behind account sign-up. The owner enters their business mobile number directly beneath the following disclosure, then confirms the number by entering a one-time code we text them. No account notifications are sent to any number before it has been verified this way.
